Reminds me of the trade chains from LoZ: Link to the Past, but as a core gameplay mechanic I didn't find it super fun. Very very on theme, of getting issued a bunch of fruit and needing to trade with others to get what you need

FruitScape has more potential than it was able to realize. The idea is very sweet, but the gameplay felt like it could be a bit more dynamic.
